Who is Kelly Barber?
Kelly Barber is a dedicated Mary Kay Cosmetics consultant who has been with the company for 20 years. She started her journey in Pullman, Washington, after a chance encounter with a Sales Director, and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Red Jacket. However, after moving to Colorado, she struggled with limited options for business growth and felt unhappy with her new job. It was a conversation with her mother that made her realize she hadn’t given Mary Kay her all and decided to give it 100%. With the help of her adopted Sales Director, she reached the prestigious rank of Fabulous 50’s Elite, Senior Sales Director.
Kelly then launched Book it Pink to help other ambitious Mary Kay women grow their businesses and achieve their dreams, and later launched the VIP Club, which provides tools, training, and support. Her goal is to change the lives of thousands of women by helping them build powerful income streams while doing something they love.
